The seed-sowing ritual for Sri Vari's Navaratri Brahmotsavams was performed in Tirumala in accordance with the scriptures. Praying to Lord Swami that the Brahmotsavams, scheduled from October 12 to 20, proceed successfully, this sacred event was conducted in the Vaikhanasa Agama tradition.

The ritual marks an important spiritual beginning to the Navaratri Brahmotsavams, seeking the divine blessings of Lord Venkateswara for the smooth and successful completion of the celebrations.
